Provoke Insights is a full-service global research firm specializing in branding, advertising, and content marketing initiatives. We’re looking for a researcher with leadership skills looking to grow and excel at Provoke Insights. You will be leading multiple quantitative and qualitative research initiatives. We are looking for someone who thinks strategically, can digest large datasets, and can tell a story with the findings.

In this role, you’ll lead projects, own relationships with clients, and work as part of a collaborative team to help brands uncover insights that inspire effective brand strategies. You’ll serve as a valued leader to our new and existing teams. You will bring with you 4 years of primary market research experience (supplier side preferred).

 

What You’ll Do:

Overall

  • Manage prospects and client relationships
  • Be involved in all stages of research projects from start to finish
  • Learn, develop, and train others in new research skills and innovation

Quantitative Research

  • Write questionnaires
  • Program and test surveys online using our survey tool
  • Create sample quotas
  • Manage the fielding process including launching sample, monitoring fielding, watching sample quotas, and cleaning data
  • Analyze report development including developing charts and tables in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Create crosstabs in software tool
  • Excel and PowerPoint and writing conclusions about the data
  • Tell a story with the data by writing conclusions and strategic recommendations

Qualitative Research

  • Develop guides
  • Coordinate with recruitment vendors
  • Moderate in-depth interviews and focus groups (will teach how to moderate groups if have not done yet)
  • Analyze transcripts
  • Write reports including conclusion and strategic recommendations

  • As we are a boutique firm, the applicant needs to be eager to be part of a close-knit team
  • Plus: experience using MarketSight, SPSS, and/or Alchemer (or similar software)
