With 20+ years of experience, Carly Fink is a recognized authority in brand strategy, consumer behavior, and market research. She is the president and founder of Provoke Insights, a full-service market research firm specializing in branding, advertising, media, and content marketing.
Carly previously worked at the Harris Poll, J. Walter Thompson, and Grey Advertising. Client experience includes FDA, Dropbox, Andersen Windows, Bank of America, GSK, AIG, Procter & Gamble, USPS, Constant Contact eToro, and NY Blood.
Carly has taught Branding, Marketing, and Market Research at Baruch College MBA program for thirteen years. She also lectured at NYU and BU. She has contributed to multiple articles, scholarly journals, and books and has spoken at conferences, including NAMTA, RAB, Internet Week, Jewelers of America, and Quirks.
With honors, Carly graduated from Lafayette College and was awarded a dual MS from Boston University in Applied Communication Research and Advertising. She also received her MBA in Marketing at Baruch College.
