Melissa Conforto is a Consumer Insights Director at Provoke Insights, where she leads research initiatives designed to uncover meaningful insights that inform brand strategy, marketing performance, and business growth. With more than five years at Provoke Insights, Melissa has developed a reputation for bringing thoughtful and innovative approaches to both qualitative and quantitative research programs.
Melissa has worked on multiple sides of the research process. As a result, she brings fresh perspectives to complex business challenges. In her role, she collaborates closely with clients to design research programs that maximize the value of consumer insights. Her work includes research design, qualitative moderation, and quantitative analysis. Additionally, she develops strategic recommendations that translate data into clear, actionable ideas for marketing and sales teams.
Melissa is particularly skilled in moderation and storytelling. Through this work, she helps organizations identify emerging market trends and understand how consumer attitudes shape purchasing decisions. She then translates these insights into strategies that support marketing, product development, and business growth.
Before joining Provoke Insights, Melissa held research roles at Fox Corporation and IPG. During this time, she worked closely with brands across media buying, product development, and advertising sales. Because of this experience, she brings a well-rounded understanding of how research informs decision-making across the marketing ecosystem.
