Kyla Krawczyk is a consumer insights researcher and strategist at Provoke Insights, where she supports market research initiatives focused on understanding consumer behavior, brand strategy, and marketing performance. As part of the research team, Kyla contributes to research design, data analysis, and the development of strategic recommendations that help organizations better understand their audiences and make informed marketing decisions.

Kyla has supported a range of research programs including brand tracking and brand equity studies and multi-phase research initiatives combining quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Her work spans several industries including financial services, sustainability, technology, and consumer packaged goods (CPG). Through these projects, she helps uncover meaningful consumer insights that inform marketing strategy and brand development.

Kyla holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Management Studies from Boston College and a master’s degree from Duke University. With a strong foundation in consumer insights research and data-driven analysis, she brings experience in client-focused research and strategic problem solving.

She is passionate about understanding consumer behavior and enjoys translating complex research findings into clear, actionable marketing strategies that help organizations better connect with their audiences and grow their brands.
