Rachael, from Galway, in the west of Ireland, has a background in languages and is fluent in Spanish and French. A Master-graduate, she has experience working in the United Nations and in the localization industry prior to Provoke Insights. Her interest in human behavior and background in research led her to become a market researcher specializing in the advertising industry. She has grown within Provoke Insights to now manage every aspect of a research project from survey development, sample management, and report writing. She is meticulous at extracting actionable insights from the data. She has helped advertising and marketing initiatives in a range of industries from luxury, technology, finance, B2B, manufacturing, OTC, to media. Her international research projects include segmentation, ad testing, NPS, secondary research, content marketing, and concept testing. She has spoken at international conferences on her research findings. She is also on the board of the digital marketing network group in New York City, Mosaic.
